With over 20 years’ experience in security, consulting and business development industry, Thomas is a dynamic CEO with an accomplished entrepreneurial spirit. He excels at creating a positive and inclusive work culture, empowering employees and fostering collaboration to successfully complete all missions entrusted to them. A former president of the French Chamber of Commerce in Kiev for six years, he possesses in-depth knowledge of Ukraine’s economic and industrial fabric, and is recognized as a key player in securing people and business development.

Nataliya started her career in Law 25 years ago at the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine. She served as Regional Director for Widely Insurances, an insurance brokerage company in East Africa, where she resided for many years. Before joining Lafayette Risk Intelligence, she was COO of UIS (France), an IT company that develops software for the insurance market.

Nataliya Dmytriv was one of the first to join the Ukrainian team as Risk and Compliance Advisor, and currently oversees Business Governance, Global Ethics and Compliance, Global Security, Government Relations, Legal and Client relations. Her Law career and business experience, as well as her broad international experience that extends throughout Europe and Africa, have strengthened her commitment to championing diversity and inclusion in the workplace as well as her versatility in leading a wide variety of projects and challenges.

Nataliya holds a Master’s degree in Law from Precarpathian State University.

Iryna is an experienced business development professional with over 20 years of record of accomplishments in the Energy sector. During this time, she was engaged in operational business development, energy market 
assessment. She actively participated in the preparation and implementation of important industrial international projects in the Energy sector of Ukraine.

Iryna Merlytsia holds a Master’s in Economics as well as a Degree in Foreign Languages.

Gérard has been working in Eastern Europe, particularly Ukraine, for over 17 years, and is a specialist in the Agri/Agro sector.
Since his arrival in Ukraine, Gérard has been active in the import/export of agricultural equipment, and many manufacturers, both French and foreign, have entrusted him with the distribution of their solutions. Over the years, he has developed a particularly important network in the Ukrainian economic fabric. In addition, he often acts as a consultant for the introduction and development of new companies on the Ukrainian market.
Gérard is still active in Poland as well as in France.
A member of the Board of Directors of the French-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Gérard is also a French Foreign Trade Advisor.

Ilona HIERONIMUS, 42, a Franco-Ukrainian, has been a pediatric and dermatology doctor since 1999.
In Ukraine, Ilona has gained experience in hospitals, private clinics and medical equipment distributors.
Since 2021, she has been contributing her knowledge, dual culture and dynamism to the development of Lafayette Risk Management.

Martial is an experienced international business professional with 40 years’ experience in various technical and commercial positions, mainly in the Aeronautics sector. Martial draws on a wealth of professional experience that he is eager to contribute by taking on new challenges for our customers.

Martial holds a University degree in Technology and from a Business school.

Rostislav has extensive experience in Security and Risk Management. He started serving as an Officer in the State Security Agencies in operational and management positions before holding various Management positions as Chief of the liquidation commission at Big Energy Bank and deputy CEO for Risk and Security at Dominion Capital LLC, providing comprehensive protection of the development business related to the construction of Commercial Real Estate. He was also Director of Liubava Development LLC, consulting on security issues in development projects. Rostislav is also a Senior Officer of the Security Service of Ukraine in reserve.

At Lafayette Risk Intelligence, Rostislav’s main responsibilities include Risk Management, Development and Implementation of integrated Business Protection systems (physical, economic and information security), Corporate Intelligence and Analytical processing of information for managerial decision-making and the protection of business interests in relations with law enforcement agencies.

Rostislav holds degrees in Higher Military Education, Higher Special Education and Higher Legal Education completed in Moscow.

An expatriate in Ukraine since 1998, Pascal has acquired solid experience as a company director.
Pascal cultivates significant expertise in several industrial sectors and advises companies on their deployment strategies and operations in the country.
Pascal has a reputable business intelligence practice with SMEs, ETIs and large corporations. Pascal also manages highly operational projects, and brings solutions to problems encountered in the field (commercial development, HR aspects, regulatory procedures, logistics, etc.).
Pascal is a graduate of Audencia Business School (Nantes).
